In Victoria, you must be at least 18 years old to get tattooed — no exceptions, even with parental consent. This is a legal requirement under Victorian law, and all tattoo studios in Melbourne, including Victims of Ink, are required to strictly follow these regulations.
We will ask for valid photo ID (such as a driver’s license, passport, or proof of age card) before your appointment. If you’re under 18, we unfortunately won’t be able to proceed with the tattoo, even with a guardian present.
